Out of Town Customers:
H&H offers FREE shipping to outgoing professional division orders. They will be shipped free of charge ground or air express depending upon your zip code and product.
H&H and Customer Share These Shipping Costs:
We offer optional inbound air shipping for which we share a portion of the expenses. Call customer service to obtain special pre-printed shipping labels.

Call for information. All charges are figured on a per order basis. Each country has different shipping rates, duties and taxes.
MILITARY
Military addresses can only be shipped via US postal system and telephone numbers are required.
Shipping Damage
Occasionally you might receive an order that has been damaged in the shipping process. When this happens, please call us immediately so we can give you instructions which will enable a claim to be filed with the carrier. Most carriers require that you retain all packaging materials for their inspection for a period of 30 days. Do not dispose of damaged boxes, packing materials, etc., prior to calling H&H about shipping damage. H&H will file the damage claim with the carrier.

FedEx Drop Shipping Rates
Each FedEx shipping service has a base fee for most products and a slightly higher fee for three specific categories; albums, prints over 16x20 and framed prints.

FedEx Priority Overnight
This service is invoiced at the time of shipping and is based on zone, weight, box dimensions, current fuel and other applicable surcharges.
Service Times & Rush Orders
Product Service Times
Always total all service times plus transportation to arrive at an accurate delivery date for your order. Service times for each product category reflect estimated in-plant service times under normal working conditions. You may find service times listed on our web site on each individual product or service page. These service times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or shipping time to and from the lab. FTP/FTS orders received after 9:00 am CST (12:00 pm CST for rushes) will be considered as the following day’s work. While seasonal demands or special problems with an order can affect service time, every effort is made to maintain service schedules on all orders.
RUSH Orders
When your order requires special rush handling to guarantee a shipping date, there will be an additional 100% charge added to the entire order. Standard service times can be found on our website on each individual product and service page.
