While both catalogs are available through GotPhoto and fulfilled by H&H, they're built for two different workflows.
H&H Portraits is designed for direct fulfillment. Each order is produced and shipped individually as it's placed. This is a great fit for studio, family, senior, and other portrait-based photography where every order stands on its own.
H&H Schools, Sports & Events is designed for volume photography and supports both direct fulfillment and batch fulfillment.
What's the Difference?
Direct Fulfillment — orders are produced and shipped individually as they come in.
Best for:
Batch Fulfillment — orders are collected during a defined sales window and produced together as one group.
If you're new to volume photography, batch fulfillment is one of the biggest workflow differences you'll encounter. Instead of every order shipping separately, the entire group is produced together and delivered as a coordinated package.
The Schools, Sports & Events catalog was built specifically with these volume workflows in mind, while still giving you the flexibility to use direct fulfillment when it makes sense for your program.
All orders will receive average color correction. GotPhoto is not integrated with H&H's retouching services.
On June 8, Full Color is moving to its new home—H&H Color Lab in Kansas City, MO. Orders will no longer be able to be placed to Full Color after June 5.
