Troubleshooting for Mac

Unable to browse for images

If hhstudio won’t let you browse for images, please click hhstudio Preferences under the Preferences menu. Place a checkmark in the Use Java Dialog box and then try starting an order again.

Unable to open hhstudio

If you are unable to open hhstudio, you may need to completely uninstall all versions of HHStudio on your computer. To do this, open Finder and browse to Macintosh HD, then Users, your name, Applications, HHColorLab, HHStudio, Uninstall HHStudio. Run the uninstaller. If it didn’t automatically delete the folder for HHStudio, delete that and the icon on your desktop. You may also want to do a search on your computer for any other versions and uninstall those also. After that, download again and reinstall.

Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 (64-bit)
Windows Server 2012 R2 (64-bit)
Mac Intel-based or M1 Mac running Mac OSX 10.11 El Capitan or newer

Network: If only storing images on local computer and only using network to upload orders, then any network connection should be acceptable. If working with single orders that contain > 100 images that are stored on a network storage device (file server or NAS), then we recommend 1 gig, wired connections. For best network performance we do not recommend wireless with a standard less than the 802.11ac (this include both computer and wireless router).
