Whether it’s kindergarten graduation, a middle school promotion, or academic accomplishment at any grade level, these certificates add a polished, professional touch to end-of-year recognition.
Studios can choose to design their own layout, partner with our in-house design center, or select from a growing library of ready-to-use stock designs. Each certificate is printed with automated personalization features that pull in the student’s name, school, grade, and academic year, along with a portrait image for a finished piece that’s as meaningful as it is visually striking.
Certificates are available in two sizes: 8.5x11 (standard format, perfect for framing or keepsake folders) and 11x17 (designed to fold in half, creating a presentation-style diploma with cover and inside layout).

Options
Much like ID cards or proof plans, certificates must be set up by our design center before they can be printed. This one-time setup process involves adding dynamic image spaces and mapping live text fields for use in hhschools such as student names, school names, year, etc. Once the setup process is complete, you will receive files from the design center that will enable hhschools to order your printed certificates.
