Our products will continue to be produced and shipped in our normal service times throughout the holiday season.

However, it is important to calculate the shipping transit time when placing your orders. To help you plan, and set expectations for your clients, we have put together some dates that will help ensure packages arrive in time for your holiday and Christmas deadlines. These dates are when we need to receive your orders to allow for possible irregular and slower deliveries from shipping carriers during the holiday season.

We encourage you to order early, even before our deadline dates, to ensure delivery by the holidays. And don’t hesitate to reach out to us with any concerns, questions, or suggestions.

Upgraded shipping can be checked in hhstudio at the time you place your order.

You can easily check a box in hhstudio and request your order to be upgraded to FedEx Standard Overnight shipping service.

FedEx Standard Overnight is a next-day shipping service that is scheduled to arrive by 3:00 pm, the next afternoon. You may want to upgrade to this when the regular default shipping service used by H&H for your account will not arrive at your doorstep in time to meet a special needs order. Examples could be last–minute holiday orders or other special rush service requests.

Here is some important information about this hhstudio feature:

• Your invoice will reflect the extra charge for this upgraded shipping service.
• Charges are calculated by weight, box dimensions, and zone.
• We will package your order in a “right-sized” box, but shipping carrier’s rules default to the dimension of the box, not the weight of the package. (whichever is greater). So, a product that only weighs 4 or 5 pounds, could be charged at a much higher dimensional weight based on the actual size of the product and box needed for safe shipping.
• Although your cost is calculated and based on our discounted rates, be aware that air shipping can be expensive.
• Exclusions apply to these products:
• acrylic prints and blocks
• blankets
• lenticulars
• H&H does not automatically upgrade default shipping services to expedite orders for Christmas. Sobe sure to request Standard Overnight for those orders you must have before Christmas when ground or 2-day shipping services will not assure delivery in the time you need.
• If your zone is not available for FedEx Standard Overnight, to meet your expedited shipping service request, the order will be upgraded and charged Priority Overnight to make sure it arrives per your request.
