hhimagehost is UP!

We just completed the testing and it appears that all hhimagehost systems are a GO:

• All previous data, orders and links are still there, working and safe to download.
• Studio admin functions are working
  • Setup branding
  • Setup price lists
  • Setup events
  • Running order and accounting reports
• Public links to events are live and working
• Your clients can make purchases
• hhschools “direct post” to hhimagehost is working
• Automated marketing and communications are live

The following functions will not work until lab production is up:

• Digital image delivery as a part of a package order
• Autopost to hhimagehost in a package order

If you set up an imago account as a Plan B to hhimagehost

Now that you have the ability to sell on both hhimagehost and imago, please consider how you would like to sell the rest of this fall.

• You have a choice which URLs you point your customers to.
• While you are certainly able to sell on both hhimagehost and imago for the same event, if you do this, be sure you monitor and handle orders from both.
• We recommend you choose either imago or hhimagehost for this fall. Or you can use one for the majority of your work and the other for specific events. When using both in parallel, it’s important to have a plan to help you manage your orders.
• Our intention is to only charge you for one platform at this time. If you see a subscription charge on both platforms this month, please call us and we will make it right.
• If you decide to close your account for hhimagehost or imago, you can do this on the accounting settings page of either application. Just be sure to download all reports you will need for fulfilling orders and filing taxes before you close the account.
