August 11 Update:

We are restoring our H&H, hhimagehost and N-Vu systems following a cyber-attack.

There are still days of work to fully ramp up all of our systems.

We won’t be sharing specific dates for full service restoration, but we can share the sequence that we are ramping up to help you plan and so you can see our progress:

The following systems are up and operational

School and Sports

• NEW! hhimagehost is up and running! – All hhimagehost systems are up. 2nd sale orders are being stored and will release when H&H production comes up.
• Prepay Flyers are available using https://tinyurl.com/HHPPFlyer
• PVC ID cards are available using https://tinyurl.com/HHPVC
• hhschools Data and Image Exports – Today we opened the ability for all customers for the next 30 days to export low res images and data for school admin exports and ID card production. Here is a short video to explain how to use this feature – https://youtu.be/CtGlazGksRA?si=jxFp49CVzFeaSPVH
• hhschools and hhsports software - you can do work in these applications and upload orders, but the orders will hold until production is turned on.
• imago – is released with all capabilities of hhimagehost – http://www.theimago.io

Portrait and Wedding

• hhstudio, Velocity – you can do work in these applications and upload orders, but the orders will hold until production is turned on.

Previously uploaded orders – If you submitted orders in the last week, they are safe on our servers. If you no longer need these orders, please email customer service so we can cancel them. When production is up, these orders will be sent to production; you will receive your normal order confirmation emails.
