Guidelines for Retake Days:
1. Studio should have kept preprinted and blank camera cards that were not used during the original first shoot.
      a. Absentees – Use the pre-printed camera cards that were not used during the first original shoot (for those who were absent)
      b. Retakes – Use the blank camera card and include the subject’s information. Circle the word “retake” in the upper right corner of the card.

2. Send the following to MAS:
      a. Appropriate Order Form
      b. DVD - with images sorted by each camera used
      c. Downloaded text files from scanner - sorted by each camera used
      d. Camera cards in shoot sequence (zip-tied) by each camera used


Upon receiving the packet containing all of the above information, the Managed Project Service Team will maintain the project including the following:

    • Import/sync images to data
    • Input data from blank camera cards (assuming blank camera cards are less than 15% of total card count)
    • Associate retake images to subject data, order appropriate packages, edit out first shoot image
    • Correct data as noted on pre-printed camera cards
    • Edit per studio’s instructions
    • Crop per studio’s instructions
    • Submit order(s)
    • Provide post-maintenance feedback (cropping, missing data, etc…)
    • Provide low-res backup of project to studio


    Service Time:  1-2 Days.
