SEASONAL COMPENSATION

  • Base pay rate:  $16.00/hr
  • Additional pay for:
    • Shift Differential:
      • + $0.50/hr – Evening Shift
      • + $2.00/hr – Weekend Shift
    • Education:
      • + $0.50/hr – Associate’s degree
      • + $1.00/hr – Bachelor’s degree
      • + $2.00/hr - Bachelor’s degree in photography major
    • Previous industry work experience
  • Increases for returning for subsequent consecutive seasons
    • + $0.10/hr when returning for spring season
    • + $0.15/hr when returning for fall season
  • Returning Bonus for future busy seasons (does not apply to first season worked):
    • Amount dependent upon scheduled hours per week committed to at the start of the season
    • Bonus amounts:
      • Scheduled to work 30+ hours/week
        • $500 in the fall
        • $250 in the spring
      • Scheduled to work 16-29 hours per week
        • $300 in the fall
        • $150 in the spring
      • Scheduled to work less than 16 hours per week
        • No bonus
    • ½ paid upon return to work, ½ paid when season is successfully completed.
