• design service time: 3 days
• size: 8½x14 (includes 5" tear-off envelope at bottom)
• front: use one of our pre-printed stock design or we can custom design the front for you
• back: begin with one of our stock designs and modify it to suit your needs or we can custom design the back for you

• Design previews will be sent via email.
• Design orders will be billed when the preview is sent (changes may still be made after an order is billed).
• Up to 10 changes (submitted together at one time) are included in the original design fee. Any changes over this amount will be billed $3.00 per change.
• Changes must be made within the original design style chosen. Changing design styles constitutes a new design order.
• You will receive high-res JPEG files of your envelope designs via email after approval is received. Future orders may be made using these files.
• Your designs will be kept on file at H&H and changes may be requested at any time.

• size: 8½x14 two-sided proof envelope
• design options: we can customize one of the stock designs shown below or create a custom design for your studio
• stock designs may be modified a little or a lot - change the add-on products, backgrounds, color scheme, fonts, etc.
• data mapping allows automation - populate common fields such as student name, teacher, grade, school, etc.
• image mapping sells products - fill each student's image into specialty add-on products

• Once you approve the proof plan design your files will be sent for setup/automation. During this step, the requested data and image fields will be mapped to automatically import your text and images.
• When the setup order is finished you will be sent a proof via email. Please look over your finished flyer design carefully and fill out the approval/changes online.
When your approval is received, you will be sent the proof plan setup files for eZevent via email.
• Your designs will be kept on file at H&H and changes may be requested at any time.
