Because this product is custom made, just to your specifications, there can be no changes or cancellations. This product is invoiced at the time of receipt of your order and is not available for COD shipping. Credit card payment in advance is required for any customer who normally ships COD. If you are a COD customer, please contact Emily Buck to provide payment information.

Since images are printed on leather and fabric, color tones will not be exact. The printed products are beautifully rendered, but tolerances on color cannot be exact and therefore remakes for color may not be approved.

Shipping is included in the price of your order. It will ship via Federal Express Smart Post (3-8 days), which is delivered through the US Postal system.
